Waste Water Treatment

The Hills of Spring Creek will operate a community septic system that services all homes within the development. This community septic system will be operated by a service provider selected and managed by the Hills of Spring Creek HOA Board of Directors.

The service provider will be responsible for ensuring the system is operating and monitored, with sample data gathered and reported regularly to the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency. The service provider and the HOA board work together to ensure there is a long term capital replacement plan for the systems equipment and infrastructure.

The City of Bayport provides the Hills of Spring Creek properties with their sanitary water supply. For more information contact the City of Bayport Department of Public Works.

A separate community irrigation system, consisting of several water reuse ponds, will the development's lots with landscape irrigation.
